Last week, our overseas sales team visited our full-automatic coating workshop to inspect newly upgraded production lines, with three brand-new high-temperature tape series officially put into mass production: acrylic high-temperature tape, heat-resistant double-sided silicone tape and platinum cured silicone tape. Combined with our mature PET masking tape and polyimide Kapton tape, we can deliver one-stop high-temperature adhesive solutions for global industrial buyers.
During the factory tour, our technical engineer demonstrated the whole production flow of three new tapes.
High Temperature Acrylic Tape Series
This tape adopts full acrylic substrate and acrylic adhesive, with working temperature from -40℃ to 150℃, modified formula reaches 200℃ short-term resistance. It delivers ultra-strong adhesion, excellent UV resistance and solvent resistance. Different from silicone tapes, acrylic adhesive creates permanent bonding on metal, plastic and automotive interior parts, ideal for outdoor signage, automotive structural bonding and household appliance assembly.
High Temperature Double-Sided Silicone Tape
Double-sided silicone adhesive coated on imported PET or PI film, balances high heat resistance and uniform double-sided tack. It can stand 180-260℃ long-term heat, no residue after peeling, perfect for fixing FPC flexible circuits, battery frames and thermal conductive sheets without falling off during reflow soldering. Custom thickness from 0.02mm to 0.13mm is supported for precision die-cutting.
Platinum Cured Silicone High-Temp Tape
Our star high-end new product, using platinum catalyzed vulcanized silicone glue instead of ordinary peroxide silicone adhesive. Continuous heat resistance over 280℃, instant peak temperature up to 300℃. Zero silicone precipitate, ultra-clean surface after removal, specially designed for graphite film lamination, lithium battery insulation and precision semiconductor masking that require strict particle-free standards.
All raw PET and PI film substrates are exclusive imported materials, matched with German imported coating machines to guarantee stable batch quality. We provide jumbo master rolls and custom small finished slitting rolls for all three new tape lines, with sufficient stock for fast global shipment.
